Burn-off oven 101
(Click Question for Answer)

How does the burn-off oven work?
Our heavy-duty ovens use a form of incineration called pyrolysis to chemically decompose organic material. This is accomplished by heating up the oven to a temperature that will destroy the organic material (paint or other coating) without damaging the surface area.

Why can't I use burn-off for aluminum surfaces?
In many cases, aluminum and certain other metals will soften at temperatures lower than what is required to remove the powder coating.
